1. Don’t forget when titling your posting that PMS is not spelled ‘PSM.’

2. When overwhelmed by something that you can do three weeks out of the month with no problem whatsoever, try to simplify! Use numbered lists like blogger AZ to keep thoughts in order and maintain a semblance of control.

3. Don’t suggest seeing a movie about a tall elf to a friend who enthusiastically agrees, then change your mind last minute, then get mad when she doesn’t understand, then have a conversation about compromise, and then, when she understandingly gives in and offers to see something else, change your mind and decide you want to see the tall elf movie after all.

4. Don’t try to listen to Piano Music to Quiet Your World. It may just be some guy talking for over twenty minutes while you wait for piano music, leading you to believe the program should be called Piano Talk That Irritates Your Already-Irritated World.  You will find yourself wanting to strangle this man. You are not quieted.

5. Switch to an online classical station that has the tag line "Relax…it’s good for you." Here, you will find music. And it will quiet your world.
