I’m tucked away safely inside while a snowstorm continues outside. After venturing out to get a mocha with hannah and to pick up a couple books at the empty library, I headed home to bundle up and enjoy a quiet afternoon.
In a couple hours, I’ll don a fancy frock and make my way to a local Irish pub for a company Christmas dinner. I had wondered about going but then nicole mentioned to me, "I love Irish pubs; it seems everyone is always happy in them." I’m now looking forward to a cozy evening with good people and yummy food.
*hmmm the party has been called off so I will remain at home and curl up now with the film "Paris, Je T’aime". Hope you are enjoying your weekend!
