Morning's Light

Apartment Therapy is doing a Top Posts of 2009 series and sent out photos from April, 2009.  How did I miss these photos the first time around?! 

I've been away from here again.  Picked up a cold from a niece and nephew and was curled up in bed Sunday and Monday.  Was worth it though to have spent the time with them over Christmas! 

Here's what's been happening lately:

• Attended a beautiful candlelight Christmas Eve service with friends.
• Got to spend Christmas Day and the following day with family.
• Was invited to be at the ultrasound appointment for my sister-in-law to see what her baby is going to be.  
• It's a boy!  My brother and sister-in-law are naming him Christian James – CJ for short!  Love it.
• Got a cold (which you already knew).
• Discovered that curling up on the couch and watching numerous episodes of the same series (Criminal Minds) quite lulls you to sleep.  
• Survived a holiday weekend not filled with numerous social events.  Must make that a new tradition.
• Borrowed "You've Got Mail" from the library after getting an urge to see a Meg Ryan film.
• Discovered that letting my home get only mildly cluttered allows me to keep on top of the tidying and cleaning.  
• Missed the blogging world.  Am happy to delve back in!

What a great idea to put game pieces into jars!
