 Cried tonight.  What the..???  Watched Biggest Loser and cried when the makeovers were revealed and cried when two contestants pretty much gave a car to the unemployed dad whose car is 18 years old!  These tears ….it's definitely that "magical time of the.."  well, you know.

At least tomorrow is the last day of work before a five-day weekend.  Cannot wait to spend a couple days with family (I'm traveling armed with National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation!) and might try a little shopping Friday morning.  Not sure about that.   

Are you a Black Friday shopper?  Do you get up for the store openings at 3 or 4 AM? or are the outlets by you like the ones here that all open at midnight on Thanksgiving with some serious rush hour traffic happening that late/early.

Gee…these photos are all of bedrooms.   Could be because:

a) It's so late and going to sleep would be a good idea.

b) My bedroom is the last room in the apartment to be organized and made pretty.

c) Shopping on Friday at 3 AM would require leaving the bed really, really early…. Why bother even sleeping Thanksgiving night at all?! 

d) The simple bedrooms may inspire a decluttering weekend where all non-essential items are ushered out the door.

 

Am going with "all of the above".

    These are all really inspiring bedroom pictures. The emptiness makes them feel so relaxing and zen. You won’t know yourself when you have done your bedroom pretty and simple. I feel so good when I have had a tidy of my bedroom and taken out extraneous items which live elsewhere.

    I am not a Black Friday shopper. I am a Black Friday worker as you know, and I couldn’t believe the line outside of Victoria’s Secret this morning!
    I hope you had a lovely Thanksgiving Day with your family. I did.

    Hello, Gina! How was work today? Crazy? My thanksgiving was so good. And it continues tomorrow with another meal at my other brother’s house! I thought of you today as I cleared the counters in the kitchen and kept them clear, really enjoying the empty space. If only it could magically happen to all the other rooms as well 🙂

    Hi Fiona! I’m only in my bedroom pretty much to sleep and to select an outfit for the next day, so I don’t really think about the room too much – but I should! it would be nice to have it as a sanctuary! Is that how your bedroom is?
