Now I’m off to bed. Hoping to have the discipline to get up at 5:30 AM to go to the gym – out of guilt. Ate a piece of a coworker’s birthday cake* + drank a large coke. Sugar. Need to work out.

EDITED: I did not in fact get up at 5:30 AM but I did pack my gym bag and will be going to the gym before dinner tonight.
