google reader + shared items

I love google reader. it keeps track of the 100+ blogs I follow.

I end up starring and sharing all the pretty posts and photos that I find irresistable..and they can all be found here.

Are there any blog readers out there that I'm missing out on? GR is the only one I've used…so I don't know if something better has come along.
