It's midweek. Wednesday. Which means one thing. The weekend is on its way!
Ever been overwhelmed or overtired and ended up being able to focus only on one thing at a time?
That's my week. Monday night = work out, eat dinner, go to bed early. Tuesday night = grocery shop, make dinner, watch Huge online (love that show!), go to bed too late. Tonight = work out, dinner, hopefully go to bed early.
I think too much. So when driving home from work, I think about all I want to accomplish and it's all swirling around in my head. I should do the Getting Things Done recommendations and get it all out on paper so my mind can be more clear.
What do you do when you feel overloaded or overwhelmed?
